I think the best movie ever made when everything is considered is The Exorcist probably followed by The Thing

favorite movie would probably be American Werewolf in London

Well to be fair to the movie, I watched the movie first which sparked my interest in the subject. But agree, movie doesn't do justice.

The Faculty (1998)

Hard to believe it's 20 years old: Great young cast in that movie.
Josh Hartnett, Jordana Brewster and Elijah Wood to name a few.
They were all young at the time: Probably in their late 30's or early 40's now.

I'd recommend watching it if you haven't seen it. The football scene was my favorite.

A lot of other notable names like Salma Hayek and Jon Stewart.
Even a young Usher Raymond, the singer, had a small cameo.

The soundtrack featured Pink Floyd's cover to the classic "Another Brick in the Wall (Part 1 and 2)"
It was made by the Class of 99, which had a lot of famous rockers from various bands.
