yeah i was planning on 9pm but no one has signed up that has been begging for that 9pm time (as i imagined)

so we will probably be moving to 8pm, will communicate this clearly to all that sign up ASAP.

- Poison necro, aura din, and psn jav zon are not allowed
- Lower resist is not allowed
- Use of houses is not allowed
- Mana pool is always allowed (previously was only if both duelers agreed)
- dual hoto + verdungo is allowed for barb (exceeds 40 life rep cap)

If you don't like the rules you really don't have to participate. Lr isn't an issue for me b/c I'll c/t tele, spirit all over moor till it wears off but no1 wants 8hr tourneys sooo.
