No that is covered under overly defensive play. But tbh there is no way to enforce anything play wise without having meds for every duel.

meds dont rly help, only thing that would help if there was a obv mode or stream but that wont happen

It was a suggested change by ppl that know pvp better than me, and was mutually agreed to. Houses can be used to camp inside of whereas a wall just provides one protected edge, and a house can also be used to break locks by teleporting or running into it. There's a reason that pvp realms such as d2 pk have removed houses
