+2 pcomb on hoz gives 30% ed to smite and boosts dmg contributed by holy shield, and 20 str on hoz is another 20% ed for smite. Idk what's more significant, the 53% ed from using this shield over hoz or the amount of dmg added to smite by hs from +2 pcomb, but I'd think skills prob better not sure

a ber'd hoz has 2% more block, 20% to ar vs +109 ar, 50 all res vs 8 fire, and 20 vita (=60 non bo'able life) vs 53 bo'able life, and like 400+ more def

maybe the shield is better than hoz, but even if it is, it's by so little that would be much cheaper and more practical to use hoz

also, prefer 46-46 base dmg on up'd hoz vs 22-70 of st, but that's just opinion

there's a few better magic/rare ones around but still a decent 7/10. for the record a 30/20/4s/63ed ST would be better than this.
