you can list anything on JSP. People pay about 85% of actual cost here. If they're interested they'll offer if not then they wont.
Some people take very nice usable trade-able skins and list them here for weeks or sometimes months and until that "RIGHT" buyer comes it will sit here as you BUMP it daily.
Case Keys are used as a trading currency and UNLIKE the steam price of $2.50 or so they sell here for about 185 fg or so and that price fluctuates.
there are alternate sites that buy CSGO items and you can cash out to paypal. But like here they sell most things for 80% of value and they take a % for commission fees too.
