best budget mother board to go with geforce gt 710 for non gaming just videos?

My computer has i5 2500k and geforce gt 710. ddr3 ram 2 sticks

Just for browsing internet and youtube.

Dell optiplex 990 board is pretty cheap if your only using it for a bit can pick one up with a case for like 25.00. Uses ddr3 and comes with a second Gen i5.

Could put the money aside for a ddr4 build
