Do some deltoid and tricep shit...For deltoids, set a low weight (3-10, maybe slightly higher if you are very strong), and start with your arms pointing down, and raise them up to over your head, withour bending your elbows. You can go in most directions and it will help.
yeah, definetly make sure you dont start out too heavy, you'll pull sumthin. and are u looking to do just upper body or lower body aswell?
