again, what exactly is it you think i am 'defending'? and what part of my posts in this (or any other thread) makes you believe i'm 'defending' it?

just to clarify, since this is what i figure your 'argument' is: not supporting the overzealous, simplistic, and politically motivated allegations against corbyn does NOT mean i'd support any stance that is ACTUALLY anti-semitic and questioned israel's right to exist.
should not be a difficult distinction to make, but for some reason you guys seem to struggle with it...

You've defended Corbyn in every post, starting off with your sarcastic flippant post, so don't play the victim here.

Characterising legitimate complaints of anti-semitism, as confirmed by Jewish Labour MPs and members themselves, as politically motivated is a disgrace. Of course conservatives will seek to amplify any scandal within the Labour party, but that doesn't mean accusations of anti-semitism are baseless. There have been a plethora of labour MPs and members suspended for anti-semitic comments that your ancestors would have been proud of, and many many more that have been reported to the Labour hierarchy and not dealt with.

Yea. Bunches of them who have criticised Israel and been called antisemites for it. How dare they? Criticising Israel is basically the same as calling for holocaust 2.0.

i'm not 'playing the victim', i'm merely asking you to specify your accusations of 'defending anti-semitism'.
not blindly supporting obviously politically motivated and, from what i understand, pretty far-fetched attempts to portray corbyn as anti-semite, can't possibly be an 'argument' you expect to be taken seriously.

then again, this forum is full of people happily conflating criticism of israel's far-right policies with anti-semitism, so maybe you are serious after all...

How many times do people have to say it for you to get it into your thick skull? The problem isn't criticism of Israel, it's that Israeli policies and a general dislike of the state of Israel is being associated with Jews in this country. It's that comparisons of Israel to Nazism by Labour party MPs and members are not being taken seriously. It's that Corbyn refuses to conform with generally accepted guidelines of what is anti-semitism - why is that? It's the hundreds of anti-semitic reports filed within the labour party that have not been dealt with swiftly.

The hilarious irony of it all is that Corbyn's labour pride themselves on being tolerant, inclusive and campaigners of social justice. When Muslims are victimised they're the first to defend them. When it's Jews...deafening silence. Maybe the party should take note of what its own Jewish members are telling them in regard to their own experience, instead of you gaslighting them.

If you want specific examples:

Corbyn himself admitting Labour has a problem with anti-semitism. Seems you're at odds with your own leader, mate. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/jeremy-corbyn-labour-party-antisemitism-jewish-people-ihra-margaret-hodge-row-israel-a8476711.html

Key Corbyn allies in the Labour party trying to block action against those reported for anti-semitism - https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/apr/06/leaked-minutes-show-labour-at-odds-over-antisemitism-claims

A director of Momentum who sat on Labour's NEC resigned after Holocaust Denial - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-43578225

Labour members blaming 'special interest groups' for manufacturing the anti-semitism scandal. Wonder who they mean by that? - https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/jeremy-corbyn-labour-antisemitism-protest-powerful-special-interest-group-jewish-a8278761.html?utm_campaign=Echobox&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter

Shadow Chancellor and Corbyn's number one ally John McDonnell criticising the thousands of Labour supporters for blaming those 'special interest groups'

In light of the above evidence showing widespread anti-semitism, not 'just criticising Israel', will you acknowledge it exists now? If not, please provide countering evidence. Thank you.

Yea. And Corbyn is tolerant and inclusive etc. Not racist in any way. Not even antisemite. If you stand on a platform of 'Israel does dickish things' you're gonna attract some antisemites. Corbyn has said he doesn't want that sorta shit in the party but what can he do about it? Anyone can buy a labour membership.

What's your solution to the 'problem' then?

Comparisons to Nazi Germany of Israel are perfectly valid. They have a minority population locked in a fucking ghetto and are determined to exterminate them. Sounds a fuckload like Warsaw to me.
The idea that saying 'hey - didn't you guys fucking learn anything about how doing this kind of shit to people is wrong during ww2?' is somehow antisemitic is fucking idiotic. Just like this whole smear campaign.

Also misleading poll is misleading.

There are more than 2 parties in the UK and tories are worried that labour will have a majority because ukip will take tory votes again. Polls within the last month by deltapoll and opinium indicate this could be the case.

But yea. I guess the sitting govts poll is probably more accurate

Nice, that might be the best miniscandal yet. As a public figure you don't want to be seen attending laying wreaths at terrorist attacker's graves as well. This is at the very least bold in trying to see the world through all perspectives and open dialogues, which seems plausible, due to this being 2014, and the proof of Corbyn holding a wreath somewhere is a bit circumstantial. If you have anything about Corbyn lying about the nature of the ceremony, it will have my interest. Might make me decide to not immigrate to the UK and vote for Corbyn.

You'd think seeing the collapse of nearly every socialist regime in living memory would be enough, but no, they're back for more.
