I want to know what did you think a sorc equipment must have that you can say its a good equipment (not overkill)

I think with this stats you got a good equipment. What did you think?

Defense: ?? (I dont know, think higher is better.)

FBR: >=27
FCR: >=63
FHR: >=60

str. >=10
dex. >=10
life >= 90
energy >=0

Hell res
cr >=75
fr >=75
lr >=75
pr >=75

Any stats you would change?

With this stats you need low str req items .and dext for shard.
But if you got all this items , stats are ok, for a sorc the best is max on life .

Defense is a luxury for sorc, useful in CS, but requires elite gear.

Also 70 fcr is nice but in pvm 40 is very viable especially if you don't want to add DeX to your build

Also, dont sacrifice using the gear you want to be able to get that pure vita build, 25 base strength won't hurt anything, pure vita is a trophy build or a perfectionist build
