U cant duel from levels 1-8

The only real active bracket(s) nowadays at least on east are 30s and 18s but mostly 30s

the only thing worth making below lvl 9 is a lvl 8 medic. so u can holy bolt your bros for a tiny amount of healing

30 is the best on east nl
9,18 are a bit more popular on east ladder
