Hey doing quite well overall. I changed my log in access times to the ten days of each month. So I should get it October 30, and be able to put it over to friday or saturday w/e.. Might actualize my plan with this level of moderation.

Goodluck mate i hope it works out for you, you could also try things like:

Going outside
Getting laid
Etc
