You don't get bonuses in the mobile version, all of the rewards are PC based IIRC.

All of the PC link rewards are for your PC account. So only the PC player would benefit from this.

Also, I would worry about there being some way for someone to redeem your account through a verification process using the link. There's no benefit to doing this.
