theres no number to call is there i tried going to blizz .com and they want to much info an i aint got a cell phone it sucks if theres a number plz lkm

i got support on live chat and they could not help they didnt know what to tell me other than wait it out

If I remember correctly, continuing to attempt at logging in while under the restrictions of a temporary ban will only increase the amount of time you have to wait. Since it's still not working to this day I'm assuming that's what you're experiencing.... the best thing to do is wait for more than 72 hours before trying again. As I said before I've experienced this very issue, and time was the only thing that solved the problem. I wish we had a better answer for you. The D2 servers stay online because they are automated, they are automated because they net almost zero revenue. It's the price we pay to keep playing D2

I think I found a fix

Rename your bncache.dat located in C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Diablo II to bncache.old. Then start Diablo II again.

Note: you cannot rename this file while Diablo II is running. Exit Diablo II and rename it. Hope this helps.

I did this, and i was able to log on. I'll be doing some baal runs to see how this goes.

It worked, up until I installed another copy of the game to use with sandboxie, then i ran into the same error.
