If i work out my biceps and triceps like 5 days a week because thats all i want to improve on, is that bad?

yes, you'll have to wait until they have rested. my coach always tells me to not work out on the same muscle more then every other day. so you can basicly train biceps 3 times a week if you really want to. but why only biceps+triceps? you need to have allround strength man

yea id agree with fantastic, its good that you workout 5 days a week but only on arms. i mean i would suggest working out some other parts of your body, because if you are straining your arms 5 days a week they dont have time to rest and the muscle tissue cant grow, when you are straining and retearing the muscles over and over. you wont see optimal growth. i would say atleast 1 to 2 days inbetween each full arm workout. shit man just push ups, pull ups. you will exersice arms and chest.

that is very bad u r supposed to wait 48 hours between workouts on the same muscles so switch off every day between two things would work
