I was keeping track of the overspawns I found on my death farmer. I wanted to get to 10k kills before posting, but the reset happened.

So, in total I did 7860 kills between levels 55 and 61 with 20 ML vs normal mobs and 29 ML vs EPs and wells. I checked all of the mods and found a grand total of 68 overspawns divided up by tiers I found 57 T1s, 8 T2s, 2 T3s and 1 T5. None overspawned more than 1 tier.

This was the T5:
