Depends on fishing and cooking levels. Also depends on tier.

I will add a spreadsheet made by Dante. Not sure if it’s still 100% accurate, as it is several years old.

I think you mean explaining the xxxx% box and the check box in the general setting via hitting escape?

Ah ok sry.
So this is the same (but different) for every tier
The sardines range from 25 life/mana to 100 life/mana.

So a 0% stack all would mean everything including 25 would stack together. A 100% would mean only perfects get stacked.

A 50% stack means that sardines with 62.5 life or higher would stack. The equation to figure out the minimum amount to stack is this:
(Tier min + tier max) * stack %

So assuming 50% stack you would get the following MINIMUM amounts added to the stack:
Sardine (25 + 100) * 50% = 62.5 min
Herrin (50 + 200) * 50% = 125 min
Cod (75 + 300) * 50% = 187.5 min

Having a min set at 50 for these 3 tiers would produce average stack sizes of:
Sardine = 81.25
Herrin = 162.5
Cod = 243.75

Ok I was thinking it was like a relative difference thing.
Where zero would stack all and 100 would only put them on a stack with the exact same number.
So can you make it auto trash the low ones?

And thank you btw

There is a good spreadsheet that does the math for you... I wonder if I can find it.

Dante might be a good person to ask

it should be, anything above rank 69 is speculative though, the grey stuff is calculated and *should* be accurate, some stuff on the red one seems to be random or I am too stupid to find a pattern, if anyone wants to contribute feel free to hit me up

edit: I also have a shet for the issue of this topic:

Yeah that one! I use that alot :)

I tend to set my auto stack at 33%

That creates stacks averaging:

75 per tier 1
150 per tier 2
225 per tier 3
300 per tier 4
.... etc

I found this really just gets rid of the super low rolls and leaves me with very viable stacks in the long run :)

Thanks yeah it just was not making sense.
Part of the problem was when I had multiple stacks it would fail to stack alot.
When I removed all but one stack of each life/mana and relogged it seems to work correctly.
