I am looking for help setting up a vegetarian diet and workout routine to gain weight and muscle.
I am willing to pay for a good routine if needed.

Myself :

5'10
145lbs
Slim/athletic

Exercise : Basketball 2-3 times a week
No current weights (want to start of to build muscle)

Honestly not sure what other information to put. Please post/PM with other information needed. Also the diet doesn't have to be vegan, just vegetarian. I also don't eat seafoods.

Have you tried lifting things and also eating above maintenance level calories with sufficient protein? Idk how much more muscle you can pack on to your athletic frame.
