Wrong, D3 failed to deliver many of the goals set by the original dev team. Here's a few examples:
The promised PvP arenas
The talisman, more or less promised to arrive with expac after being canceled at release
Trading via auction house, this was actually advertised on the box if I remember correct

It's a fact that they failed to deliver. This ain't subjective mate, look up what that actually means
