Ofc not. Well, it's pretty much the same with Steam - No code trading allowed - But you can sell games via gifting and then there's some games that require game code activations from uplay and the gifter will never have access to those. Similar to battle.net gifting.

We are now allowing ISO topics in all blizzard trading forums for games/items that can be gifted through the battle.net store ( https://us.shop.battle.net/en-gb ).

When viewing the battle.net store if you see the gift button shown here: https://i.imgur.com/JGHnQq9.jpg then you are allowed to Post a In Search Of topic(ISO). Anyone can post in the ISO topic offering to gift the game/items. We are not allowing For Trade (FT) topics, you may only reply to a ISO topic offering to gift what is requested vs fg.

Exceptions:

Due to the cdkey being sent to user purchasing the gift we will not allow the following legacy games to be requested(ISO) or traded:
