I would advise that you play a different game.

If your initial approach to playing games is "I better look up the best items and where to get them before even playing the game." or "What's the best way for me to beat people without having to try?" then SC is not the franchise for you.

SC is a difficult game. No race is "easiest" to get undeserved/cheap wins with. Play the game because you enjoy it and if you care about improving, do that too. If you only care about getting wins by cheesing your opponent, why play in the first place?

all races can rush, but as mentioned here you should ask yourself if that's why you want to play the game, to rush people? because if so well I guess go ahead.

But you'd miss out on what the game is actually about, rushing will get you nowhere.

pre-swarmhost nerv, i used to cheese every single game with a 7min-swarmhost-proxybase build
could even carry the 1vs7 games with it, 130 kills and only a queen lost

plan on making a simular tech build, it may be a bit more passive now, but something like swarmhost+Lurker+sporecrawler
forcing the enemy to attack when use swarmhost
when making a stationary defend on creep with Lurker+spores
