Hey Quorra you are 100% correct, let me explain.
The neck was gambled on my sorc, as you see below I gambled another one right now this morning that was lvl 96 and crafted an ilvl 92 neck. But you might say.... But you say you crafted an i lvl 91 +2 pally skills neck into doom noose.
No, that did NOT happen. that was an artifact of story telling. When I gambled that pally neck, while doing my crafting I thought it would be serendipitous for a blue +2 pally neck to become doom noose. That is merely screen shots out of order.
The necks used for crafting came from sorc, the neck was created on pally. Just not with the blue +2 neck as seen.

Did some fishy stuff go on, thats your opinion and you are entitled to it. As I said in other WTs once my untwinked char kills baal and finishes the game I allow my other chars to work together. If I find hoz on my barb or sorc, its going to castiel, and vice versa. I like to finish the game untwinked, but once thats done should I find an item a different char is searching for they will get it.
Wanted to get this post in before I get flamed! Although I made it clear in other posts my chars will help eachother once game is beat, maybe no one saw that so here it is again.
