Made this axe, had 6 mods and needed to annul something so I had room for flat phys craft

it was sitting at 215 inc phys with culling strike, and has 20% ias.

first annul got the culling =( 2nd annul got the one I needed, ended up with this.

would've been over 400 pdps with culling =(
