So if I don't have any item with % spell block, is it default 0% no chance at all to block a spell?

And if I have chance to block spells but lose regular block, is regular block only for physical damage? Does all ele damage count as a spell?

and thats when you need your migations the hardest, since DoT's prevent es-recharge, penetrate es when its chaos, not trigger cwdt, and make you bleed harder when run



you have attack block and spell block, little to do with physical or ele damage
