You can get some decent dmg and ~10k ES which turns into quite a lot of leech with vinktars since leech is capped based on % of your max ES/life
You end up with ~2000 Es leeched per second so imo instant leech isn't really needed
Playing howa ST and i do all content...just struggling with uber elder, but i can complete it with 1-2 deaths....other that that is instantly killed.
