a quick rundown for easy upgrades would be..
a different armor 5 linked. a single target barrage 5-6 link for bosses in the armor
run mirage archer instead of faster attacks in your bow
the bow isn't terrible, but you could look for upgrades or switch to a windripper
run some kind of curse on hit somewhere. swapping your barrage to your chest opens up your helm for a herald of ice + curse on hit set up. you can run assassins mark or projectile weakness or something there
your tree could definitely be cleaned up. having a better idea of what kind of build/end game you want would help with that
jewelry can be better optimized, and like southpark said, you need jewels in your tree. maybe look at getting a stygian vise belt as well for another abyss jewel slot
atziri's step isn't bad but you're giving up a lot of resists that are easy to get on boots. some rare two toned boots with some move speed would be an easy swap to free up some mods on your jewelry for more dps
flasks can also be better optimized

About the gears:
- Bow: 6L it, craft ias
- helm: Look for cheap enchant like 90% TS crit , barrage ias ....
- chest: Look for good stuff like yiriel's fostering ( ias version) Or simply run belly or queen
- Quiv: +1 . Duh
- Belt: get a abyss belt with decent stats and a jewel or an unique abyss belt with 2 jew
- Boots: Try rare one with ms and res
-Flask : Get a diamond flask asap. You only need 1 life flask. Replace witchbrew with dying sun.
- Jewelry: Look for somethings with wed and add phys
You'll be fine with clear speed. But with Single target you need barrage.
Look for some abyss jewel with 3 nice mods. THey're pretty cheap. Get higher levels and fill the tree with the Ele pen nodes.
