Let me preface this by saying I am not purchasing or selling CD-Keys.

I have a friend who used to own WC3 but lost his discs and he did not register it to his Battle.net account. Would he be able to use my CD-Key on a separate Realm and connect to the same hosting bot? (ENTHosting, MakeMeHost, etc.)

seprate realm woudl be np. If its ent hosting you can join same server via gproxy too (does not requrie cdkey)

As long as this hostbot is connected on both of the realm that you and your friend are connected, you can join same lobby.
