An update:
Making good progress on the vault. Basic stuff works, it pulls subscription info (if applicable), searching, withdrawing, depositing works.
On another note, I rewrote the "quality" algorithm and determination code for mob drops. Overall, it should be greatly improved. I still will need to play with it and tweak it a bit. One of the cool things about this is that EPs and other bosses end up reverse skewing the odds so that higher tiers end up with a higher % chance than lower tiers. One other nice benefit of this is that as a solo or new player, you're far more likely to find equipment nearer your level than you were before, no matter how lucky you got. Oh, and treasure chests are :drool:
*This may or may not make it into the final release, but just wanted to share, because I've spent a good deal of time on this today.
The rest of the vault is rather complicated code to port over, and tedious to test, but I'm hoping to finish it tonight. After that, still a fair bit of odds and ends to go over and test.

omg!!! The drop rates look amazing now
much closer to what most would expect in a game so heavily dependent on gear
