Well eventually we played out some of anything goes. but some people want the chance to work on their build battles while we still have Playground.

These weren't wager 1v1's or anything. Not really understanding your overly negative attitude towards people just having some fun.

i'm down for 1v1s but my rules -
Loot for 1Min/30Sec what you get is what you get. (all weapons/explosives aloud)
one person starts with brick other starts with wood so we know whos build is whos
cannot edit other person structures by any means
cannot place traps/etc on other persons structures

having build battles where you can't destroy other peoples build is too unrealistic for me, gotta have them spidey senses like you would in game otherwise ur just practicing weak builds held on by 2/3 ramps = Ezpk :/

It's a training mode. You couldn't be more wrong. Everyone benefits from being able to work on their build control and combat with less factors to pressure you with, then move up to what you're talking about where everything goes. That's what a training mode is for... literally.

You're training yourself to stay bad forever... literally. Practice with every disadvantage against you and you'll get better. You can be the best builder in the game, if you can't counter someone who C4s your buildings from under you because you only know how to build you'll still suck.

Neither of you are paying attention. We starting with build combat under these conditions then moved over to everything goes.

The literal point is it is a training ground, and if you wish to train a particular aspect of your gameplay at a time, then progress to adding in other factors, or all factors, you can.

That is literally what a training ground is for. You're all so busy trying to be trolls and talk shit that the most simplistic concept here is going over your heads.
