In about 4 months me and my partner have planned to start trying to have our first offspring. I suggested near months of birth that she should engage in fisting herself and or me fisting her. My reasoning for this is that it would help with the delivery process. Not only for her case but for the offspring's case. Would make the pain less and less pressure around the head and shoulders of the offspring. Originally she was on board with this idea months ago yet she has changed her mind to a type of oil finger based massage. I'm still arguing (debating) that we should follow through with the fisting.

Is there anyone else who has done this practice?

correct me if im wrong, but Im led to believe that vagina tightens/heals relatively quick. So if you do these excercises before 9 months the efforts will be in vain @ the end. If you do during pregnancy, it might bring her to labor.
My bet would be give the little one a high five week before calculated date of birth
