The guide says no vit and no ee armor, is this for real or that's only for group?

So pretty much the same as hardcore u can just risk it a lot more with less vit?

E: how much vit is average in sc? Like 60?

IDK what avg is. If you don't have heals, probably go for like 70 - 80 vit soloing on melee. If you have heals and especially if you use salvation, can get away with ~50 vit

Die as much as you like if you don't care about weapon/charm proficiencies. That's all you lose.

I thought u lost all skills prof. Is it only attack and heal prof?

Yeah, profession prof is untouchable except by delete on SC. You only lose weapon and charm profs. You also lose the same % of exp ofc. 10% without any unlocks, 20% after one unlock, goes up by smaller increments from there.

depends on your gear

bad gear -> more vita, good gear -> low/no vita

but then again it doesnt matter. You can do zero vita aswell
