What are upsides and downsides?
I've been watching a lot of youtubes on it....
A few things that concerned me, a lot of times the housing provided is very dirty and unclean, also most apartments don't have dryers for clothes.
Also i hear co-teaching sucks, cuz you can't speak korean to your students and you rely mostly on the other teacher for everything.
That's pretty much the only things i've heard about that concerns me, everything else seems awesome/amazing!!!

Also i was wondering, is there a lot of racism in Korea? Like against americans?

Judging solely by that post: your focus should be on learning the language, not teaching it.
