That made me realize that in general USD is basically worthless and dependent just on couple of people. 40 people now in the housing market it's getting harder and harder to get trades in a reasonable amount of time.

Proper government action could revitalize the wealth disparity I remember that years back there used to be many more people trading in the housing market alone.
But if there is no proper government action in sight it's going to be a steady decline ;_;
