there has always been a discussion which of the barb builds is the best in PvM.
in fact that i decided to make a barb now i wanted to hear the pros and cons of the various barb builds

my last barbs were always berserk barbs because of the mobility and the fast kill speed.

Dual griefs, dual hotos, enigma

Frenzy. But on right mouse so u dont have to aim on monsters.

There's 2 options:

Whirlwind - even with the current bugs, ww is still the fastest general zone-clearing build just because it's AOE (although atm, every second spin doesn't hit )
Berzerk - specifically for running Chaos and Nihlathak when levelling.

I played a frenzy barb last ladder with fort, grief and ebotd zerkers was good fun. No enigma but you run really fast so it' pretty quick just have to donk a couple fools now and then to keep the frenzy stacks up.

is it possible to play a frenzy with eni? or will you loose too much dmg then?

Doesnt matter that much u will have plenty of off weapon ed. You need weapon damage mostly and calculate ias breakpoints thoroughly with frenzy.

If you're targeting sets/uniques in alvl85 areas, you can't beat a telezerk Barb that targets only unique monsters. They are brutally efficient but tiring to play.

If you just want to wave your mouse and see stuff die, go frenzy. They are great for chaos runs... Leap over the lava, wave mouse cursor around, and everything is dead.

Nice build. But when u are rich enough to gear such a barb, you dont really hunt for alvl 85 uniques I guess.
