Neither has MF, but Spirit allows you to replace FCR gear with MF gear.

hoz is for casting high level holy shield and that's pretty much it

the best gear is certainly

you can not have more damage with the 125fcr breakpoint

My build gives +14 Concentration and +14 Blessed Hammer on top of much better life, mana, resists, fhr etc.

Spirit and 10k+ dmg is more than enough (one of highest dmgs in the game)

HoZ only for specific Mage PvP and precast HShield or to take a body on str bug
