is there ANY way to recover an account? casue it seems i lost one but everything was legit, the account everything... didnt use any programs or nothing is there anyway to contrack blizzard or anything to recover the account ?

I don't want to upset you, but once 90 days pass it's gone forever and there is no way of restoring it.
However I strongly recommend you contacting the blizzard via your battle.net account if you're not certain. They should provide you the information furthermore.

For Diablo 2?
Like he said, after 90 days it's not possible.
And mostly every ban I have ever seen has not been lifted.

after 90 days the account name becomes available to take. If it's taken, ALL GEAR & CHARACTERS ON SAID ACCOUNT GET ERASED.

This deletion process happens server-side with 0% chance for ANY recovery.

It's actually 97 days, they recently added 7 days and called it a grace period

Anyway to get a hold of someone who i can talk to from blizzard? im after going threw the site cant seem to find anything about talking to anyone, can anyone help me out?

Every reset I have to remake my same account with the same name. It lasts 6 months and I usually stop playing after a week more or less. Sometimes I log in from time to time but I always lose my account. It's the way they have it.
