no such thing as "set items" in poe, but if you mean certain items for builds then yes.

My whole argument is. Diablo 3 will never be a top tier game. Will never have game changing mechanics that will bring players back. If they cared about the game. They would implement new game designs and content on the regular basis like path of exile does.

Path of exile has a few characters to select from, but you also have Ascendancy's which changes your core build. Path of exile constantly has new content added. Game is free and will forever be better than Diablo 3. I don't remember or I don't know if it's true, but I think people from Blizzard north helped with the design of POE.

They just recently did quite a few skill updates/vaal skill updates. Changed Vaal Side areas to be worth while. I remember before the story line was normal, cruel, merc. They removed that and added a total of 10 acts.

If Blizzard addressed the real issues with the game. They would have a top tier game.

The reason blizzard doesnt address anything you mentioned is because the game is perfect as it is. Why add our change anything that did it right the first time?
