this is where your argument has a bit of a flaw tho my friend.
presumably we KNOW they aren't with their parents, because there is some sort of authentication to prove that, if the stats are to be believed.
so why cant this authentication take place with them together, THEN split them up if they arent related?
i'm confused by the "some/many of them aren't with parents, so we need to separate them all even the ones with parents".
honestly the only credible argument i see on the other side is "its too expensive", which i find callous but logical.
