i understand people haveing hard time with rare items... but with uni items its a difrent story...
open poe trade type in uni name and vala u have it ... look on prices ... many like that item on poe... if thers to many results try again and do it with mods ...

I don´t have much time but here it goes. Gonna throw some facts then the final conclusion:

1. Clarity watcher eye oscilates between 4-5 ex (I´m talking a just gain mana as ES mod)

2. A good SECOND mod multiplies the value by a range of x5 to x10, depending on how good the combination.

3. These jewels in standard are at least 200 ex.

4. The faster energy shield recharge is useless on RF as you´re constantly burning so the jewel would be better off in an aurabot guardian where you can use the 3 mods to the fullest effect, also the faster % recharge with 20%recharge on rings for a really fast shield bump.

5. Nobody will spend 200-300 ex on a watchers eye in week3 of a temp league.

6. there´s clarity as mana and vitality mod for 25 and 30 ex in incursion. but they dont have faster shield recharge.

Conclusion: Price is around 50-60 ex and will grow to 100 in few weeks after ex:fg price drops. When it reaches standard it will be 250.

My recommendation? Sell now and convert those ex to FG while the ratio is still hot.
