best way to fix this? called customer service and said might take 3weeks to fix (send and return).

btw its a laptop from ibp...really utterly pos in terms of durability.
within 2weeks i had audio issues... 2months later random wifi turns off... past 2weeks this keyboard issue

either A. the rubber domes under your keyboard are misaligned, or B, you spilled something with sugar in it, and that fucked it up.


If A. you can fix it yourself by removing the keys or base of the laptop, depending on which kind it is, and realign the dome sheet.

if B. you can spray 95%+ isopropyl alcohol on the keyboard, it won't harm the laptop at all.


option C. you're trolling since you didn't type a T in to, but can spell laptop just fine.
