I haven't slept more than 5 hours a night for over a decade. I use the extra 3 hours a day to read, research what interests me, write, or work on projects. I sleep more soundly for the shorter duration than i ever did sleeping 8 hours.
the whole podcast was great, but honestly could be summed up as "work out, sleep better" and "don't eat after dinner".
