I normally wouldn't have gotten anything with these low powered Intel processors.
But with some undervolting tweaks it can keep boost clocks for a pretty respectable time, 2.8-3.0GHz. Getting some pretty decent performance! Close to an i5 gen7.

Got it for 260$, 1 year old, with 1000 power on hours, pretty much flawless. Also got original packaging, receipt etc.
It's so versatile with the detachable keyboard, pen and 10 finger touch screen 1440p. Nice tablet mode.
Boot time 20sec, boot time from BIOS shown in task manager 10.8sec.

Reason why I bought it:
My sister-in-law asked me the other day if I would look for something used for her. Later that day I found this.
I sent her the link and she told me that she actually first wanted one in like 2-3 months.
But this deal was to good to let go. So I bought it, so she could maybe buy it from me when she needs it.
- Gonna sell my current Dell XPS 15, use this until the Huawei Matebook X Pro get released in Europe.

Just installed Diablo 2 on it for the ladder reset! Gonna join this one for the first time in a decade. An Diablo 2 instance uses 25-30% CPU and 5-7% GPU.

Dear diary, thanks for letting me share.

Not bad. I have their 1st gen i7 version with 8gb and a 1tb msata ssd, only 1080p display though. I have modified mine to accept an eGpu via mpcie --> female usb c --> usb c cable --> gpu dock.

Cost me $140 I think?

Core M chips are expensive for the performance they bring, that's why they haven't really caught on so much. But yeah, even the slowest core M cpu is massively faster than the fastest Atom, so don't lump all the low-power intel chips together.
