Worth getting ds1 remaster if I alrdy put 100+ hours into regular ds1?

i hate souls series, it ruined all my other games..... Since the first day i playd this series, i just can not play any other game more then an hour without get boring myself.

Completely agree and I still to this day am like this. God of war is the only game I was able to invest time into without boredom coming. I am too much of an addict and Dark Souls is just that good.

So, 4 Bosses left now: Ancient Dragon (not sure if i need his giant soul for vendrick, i already have 4), Vendrick, his queen and Aldia. 80 hours playtime so far.
Haven't done the DLCs yet though. Should I do them before I kill the final boss or can I do them afterwards? Don't want NG+ on them though, I'm not that good yet (lvl 138).

with 4 giant souls u can easily kill Vendrick. U can do DLC's after or before the final boss, Aldia will only appears if u get Vendrick killed. (after Nashandra).
