I recently found out how to access our personal warn-logs... not sure why I didn't know how to do this.

After looking... I became quite embarrassed.
I honestly can't believe that it actually came from me.

I know they only last 90 days, after which a request removal button becomes available, and you can wait for it to disappear.

However... even though my most recent warn happened almost 7 years ago, do these impact your jsp career forever? Will this cause you to be overlooked indefinitely?

What you mean by overlooked? If this is about donor forum or trusted tags being issued. It is kinda top secret and not discussed amongst users. However if your behaviour has been exemplary since then i see no reason for it to be held against you.

I acquired access to the donor forums quite some time ago, so I'm not concerned there.

I'm worried my adolescent past will bar me from opportunities in the future, such as a S/A helper. I want to earn it.

I understand if it tacks on a hidden time-frame, but it would be very disheartening to know it is forever out of my reach

Think of it as part of the repenting process. How far you have changed

Nah, there have been people with tons of warn who are now Trusted

I have some really stupid shit in my warnlogs but (other than posting a song that some moderator didn't like LOL) my last warn was over 5 years ago as well. It's nice to look back and see what an idiot you were and how far you've come since :)

Everything important has been already said.

Remember, everyone can change. It's all up to you to show the world how much you've changed since then. If your intentions are honest people will notice it.
All the greyed out (removed) warnings are nothing, but an evidence that you're a better person now.
As far as I know S/A helper queue is extremely long, so don't get discouraged. Stay active by helping the site and the community.
