-i found The Fiend card in shrine the other day. i ran god knows how many shrines during beastiary with a bit of rarity and i never found a single one.
-yesterday i found TWO exalted orbs in a single session. this has never happened to me before.
-i just found a Kings Heart card. did a waterway map and got 3 humility cards in one run.

every single character i've had with a bit of rarity/quant finds LESS items/currency than characters i use with 0 rarity/quant. the only rarity/quant i get comes from the map mods itself+zana. i've been playing on and off since beta as well. 1000's of hours and i have more luck with no quantity/rarity on my gear.

what are you experiences with rarity/quantity in this game?

I don't use anecdotal evidence at all for starters.

rarity doesnt affect currency or cards because they dont have rarity types like magic/rare/unique
quantity is literally +% more items that drop so yes it would help. doesnt count for map drop rate and theres no confirmation for card drop rate but people assume it helps for cards.

but in the end its all rng so anyone can be luckier at times

i dont go out of my way with iiq/iir (besides map mods) unless it just happens to be on my gear because all i care about is dem maps

ive seen some pretty extensive tests done by some youtubers doing 500maps + and apparently rare currency do have a rarity roll somehow...
