Wouldn't be surprised if they start production immediately following the end of series next year. No reason to wait. Get it going while the hype is still super hot. 2020 or 2021 release would be reasonable.

Westeros was merely a 'Westworld' type theme park. Jon, Dany and Tyrion are the only humans, everyone else is a host. Jon never died, it was all some sort of trick as part of the park's sci-fi level of technology. Also, Jon/Dany are siblings in the show's 'real world'.
