rush sorc ends with duriel kill, nn a3 hell

unless you're rushing dclone parkers or spambots, crush ends with act 4 hell where people can actually level up in xpac instead of being stranded begging for act 3 help.
besides, trav is the most fun part of the rush. Its great for spectators to be left dead at a TP in the middle of the action
