Yeah sure there is no reason why you can't upgrade later.
Here are the cheaper version (still fine for your gaming needs)

not quite sure but does this come with a disk drive at all :o

Nope. Do you really need such an old outed technology?
I haven't used one since Diablo3 release in 2012. And haven't had one in any of systems since 2015 (including my laptops)

well my download speed is 10mbs max :\ so downloading huge games like d3 would take along time lol

3 hours isn't that bad.
and cd's are pretty slow too

It’s more then three hours though lol. And 10mb is a max I’m normally around 7mbs the cd and update takes roughly a hour vs 5-6

I still use one.

But yeah if ones need one, one should get one. I just had to ask, some might just think it's a must for PC. But never will be in use.

So. Acronis True Image backup software can restore from a backup even if Windows won't boot. I just slap in my bootable Acronis CD and restore from a backup.
I know you can do with USB stick too.

But I like CDs and DVDs.
