Budget:
Maximum you will spend? - lookin around 800~
Will you complete mail in rebates? - yes
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? - yes
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? - yes
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? - monitor no but mouse and keyboard would be nice. (those dont need to be included though i can get those at a different time)

Basic Info:
Specific Uses (Programs, game titles etc.) - diablo 3 Poe mainly
Country? - usa
Will you travel to NCIX (canada) or Microcenter (USA) for parts? (Null if unsure) - null

How much hard drive space do you want or need? - 500gb would be enough as i tend to keep my pc clean and not cluttered
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - both would be ideal for now.
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - i wouldnt mind overclocking if its do-able
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - would be hooking up to my 32 inch tv for now until i can upgrade to a nice monitor

also ghot is always welcome i know we talked about laptops a few months ago but i've deleted my pms wish i still had them all :\

/e also doesnt have to be playable on highest details and what not i dont mind running med-low gfx
used to it :D

It's micro atx size, Tried to keep a black gray theme going.
If you want to OC you'll want to invest more money into a cpu and cooler.

Could opt for a 1060 with 8gb ram instead.

I like that 1060 build, pretty solid.

Here's my attempt. The best price/performance in this price class: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CLngBb
No window in the case as the components aren't really matching anyways. The cash is spent for the highest performaning part. (If you want a windowed case let me know)
The motherboard doesn't support higher than 2666MHz RAM, no reason to buy extra bucks for the speed. Easy to add another 8GB stick. However for what you mentioned 8GB will be enough.
The Patriot - Ignite SSD is surprisingly quite a performer, the best down in this price range for sure.

Didn't even book the ram speed limitations was on phone at the time.
Though this Gpu after rebates is technically better then the zotac AMP.

Just an aesthetically more pleasing feature to others. My case does not support an optical drive where as his does.
Mine does have an easy to remove dust top/front/bottom filter that can be easily cleaned.
Additionally mine can be oriented on it's side in addition to its standard straight up position.

For me both builds are 800$ (without the NIC/WIFI card)
Next cut back would be
-60$ i3-8100
-100$ gtx 1050ti

This build will still more than capable for Diablo 3 and PoE even at higher settings.
Reason why we went for 800$ build was "Maximum you will spend? - lookin around 800~".
