Just saw this article:
http://www.foxnews.com/world/2018/05/26/right-wing-activist-tommy-robinson-reportedly-jailed-after-filming-outside-child-grooming-trial.html

Looks like this guy was simply filming outside a courthouse over a trial. "was arrested after he was filming men accused of being part of a gang that groomed children"

Here is a video of the incident:

The police stated it was a “breach of the peace", what are your thoughts?

From what I see in the video it doesn't look like breach of peace, however, we don't know what happened beforehand. No video of that.

Good. The chap's a capital wanker.

It's all to do with our laws around justice. We don't televise our trials and filming people going in and out of court is illegal as it can interfere with the trial. Tommy Robinson is already under a suspended sentence for doing exactly the same thing last year. He knows what he's doing. He's just deliberately antagonising officials around these kinds of cases so he can pretend he's being persecuted for exercising his right to free speech and attacking Islam. It's all a show bud.

He was arrested for violating a previously issued, suspended sentence for contempt of court. Not for simply filming.

In case people are wondering, they have laws to prevent cases from being prejudiced by third party reporting, he violated said law and was held in contempt, they suspended his sentence and he turned around and did it again.

He was on parole and did the exact same thing that got him there.
He put himself in jail.

Ask yourself this:

If a liberal journalist filmed outside of a court that was hearing a case against white supremacists, would he be punished as harshly, if at all?

nice political arrest, but the authoritarian left is loving it of course

there is no way a similar left wing activist would be in jail (and rightly so)

but we are talking about a country, where nonsense like the "nazi pug" goes to trial and conservative activists trying to attend a free speech event are arrested at the border, imprisoned and deported (including a ban)

too bad they are not pakistani rapist scum, the uk seems to have no problem with these guys

how about ask yourself if it would be just? clearly not.
reporting bans and arresting journalists and reporters for reporting on heinous crimes is a travesty and further evidence of the fact that they don't value free speech.
