Yeah I doubt they know much about D3. I've seen em' on a few posts trolling D3 items though. Weird people.

For those wondering why this wep is good:

You need 2 of 3 to roll as a base so you can roll the int off: area dmg, attack speed or cooldown. It's extremely rare.

You need 10% cooldown on the wep to meet the 68% cooldown needed to cycle perfectly between archon and cold dmg on your COE.

Area dmg is much better than 10% dmg.

You then need the secondary to roll max arcane power. If it doesn't the wep is basically useless. You need to AP to shoot extra arcane orbs. It's a huge damage boost.
